Weight Per Premix: 232g
1. Take 2 heaped tablespoons or 30g of premix and add to boiling hot water.
2. Stir till smooth. (Alternatively, boil a little water in saucepan over stove and stir in premix till everything is smooth) *note that lakanto requires boiling water to completely melt. 3. Top up with hot/cold water 4. Take off heat and add 2 tablespoons or 30g of heavy cream 5. Add ice if desired
