Order Cancellation Policy
We DO NOT accept any cancellation of our ice cream and bread because of the nature of our business due our quality and freshness assurance.
If 88KETO or our delivery partner fails to complete the order, 88KETO will reschedule the delivery of your order at no additional cost.
Wrong or Defective Products
If the wrong item or a defective product is delivered to you, 88KETO will redeliver the item to you at no additional cost on the following day.
Any exchange is subject to a mandatory review and investigation process by our management team. The products should also remain the same way as delivered. Kindly provide us with several pictures as evidence via email: firstname.lastname@example.org or message us at +60 1116115066
88KETO reserves the right to review any request for refund, cancellation of order and amend the terms and conditions governing our refund policy from time to time.
